Discreet packaging
Every order from X Spot Boutique is shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging.
There is no indication of the sender or contents visible on the outside of your parcel.
The billing descriptor on your bank statement will appear as a generic name, not
X Spot Boutique.
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after
12:00 or over weekends are dispatched the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification via
email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Delivery areas
We deliver to all areas across South Africa via courier. Remote and outlying areas
may experience slightly longer delivery times. We do not currently ship internationally.
