2. Orders and pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the
current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only
confirmed once payment has been received and processed by PayFast.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to a pricing error, stock
unavailability, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases a full
refund will be issued.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not store or have access
to your payment card details. By completing a purchase you agree to PayFast’s
terms of service.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. X Spot Boutique is not
responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or

5. Returns
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging
within 7 days of delivery. See our returns policy for
full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
are not affected.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website including product images, descriptions, logos and
design is the property of X Spot Boutique or its suppliers and may not be
reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
X Spot Boutique’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited
to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental or consequential damages.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our
privacy policy and the Protection of Personal Information
Act (POPIA).
